Abyssal Lightbearer

After the single continent fractured, a gigantic inland sea formed, dotted with many islands. Some remain suspended above the Nimbus Sea by an unknown force; others are true islands made inaccessible by abyssal monsters. The Lightbearer is one of those creatures. Its glow draws passengers from their ships, and many are said to have thrown themselves into the water under the sway of its illusions. These dreadful monsters have forced several sea routes to close. Nyevielh remains inaccessible because Abyssal Lightbearers may appear at any time.
